Terms of Service

Last updated: August 1, 2026 · Version 2026-08-01.1

Beta product

RUNE is in beta and available by invitation. Features may change, break, or disappear. By using RUNE you accept that it is an evolving product rather than a finished one.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use RUNE.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in method secure, and for the activity that happens under your account. Tell us at hello@meetrune.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Don't use RUNE to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, interfere with the service, or resell or reverse-engineer it.

AI-generated content

RUNE generates Recognitions, Signals, and Patterns using AI. This content is interpretive and can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading. Use your own judgment.

RUNE is not medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact a local emergency service.

Service availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of RUNE at any time during beta, with or without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Intellectual property

RUNE, including its software, design, and brand, belongs to us. Your content — your reflections, priorities, and connected data — remains yours. You grant us the permission needed to process that content in order to operate the product and provide it back to you.

Termination

You may stop using RUNE at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end access to RUNE if these terms are violated or if we discontinue the beta.

Limitation of liability

RUNE is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on RUNE's output.
